Our Transition and Activation Planning team is made up of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with years of experience creating project schedules, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Life Safety and workspace orientations, and detailed move and transition plans associated with small facilities up to the most complex relocations of government healthcare facilities. Our SME's are knowledgeable and prepared to guide and support your personnel in every step of the transfer to your new or renovated building because every new project has its own special complexity. In order to ensure that your staff is ready and confident for the "First Patient Day," our professional staff will make the most of the time spent working with end users and stakeholders to develop operational workflows, faces to spaces, Day in the Life (DITL) scenarios, equipment relocations, installation schedule requirements, and many other activities.
